Notice to Patients
Please be aware that the pharmacy is not part of the GP practice. The pharmacy is a separate private company, Jardines.
Any concerns or issues relating to the pharmacy should be raised directly with them. The GP practice and its reception team are unable to deal with matters that are outside of their responsibility.
We ask that patients treat our reception team with respect. Coming into the practice and directing anger or abuse towards staff is not acceptable. Our reception team work hard to support patients and provide assistance wherever they can.
We will not hesitate to take appropriate action if any member of staff is threatened, intimidated, or subjected to unacceptable behaviour.
