Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Systmonline account
- phone or visit us Tuesday to Friday between 3pm and 5pm and we will tell you what the results are. We do not take requests for results on a Monday
- you can also fill in an online form to request your results. We do not take requests for results on a Monday

To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
